How to make Mango kulfi

INGREDIENTS

👉Mango puree - 1 cup ( fresh or canned- note if you use can mango pulp then reduce sugar by half)

👉Whipping cream- 1 cup

👉Powdered sugar- ½ cup

👉Water- ¼ cup

👉Agar Agar strands- 4 tsp or 1.5 tsp agar agar powder

METHOD

1️⃣If using agar agar strands, chop fine, then place them in water for 10 minutes.

2️⃣Cut 2 mangoes and blend so you have 1 cup mango pulp. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar till peaks form

3️⃣After 10 minutes of soaking heat the agar agar in its water till transparent and add it to the mango pulp.

4️⃣Next, fold in the whipped cream and now whisk with a wire whisk gently but firmly till well mixed.

5️⃣Pour in silicone molds and set for 4-5 hours. Unmold and enjoy.
